There is exciting news happening at Sibcy Cline Realtors with new leadership roles.
Rob Streicher – New Senior Vice President of Branch Growth and Development
Rob Streicher has been named the Senior Vice President of Branch Growth and Development at Sibcy Cline. Says Robin Sibcy Sheakley, president of Sibcy Cline, “We are looking forward to learning and growing from Rob’s leadership and experience!”
Rob’s career with the company began in 2002 as a sales agent following 19 years in managing training and support departments at Cincinnati Milacron. His success in both re-sale homes and new construction led to his promotion to sales manager of the Lakota Beckett office in 2010. He later become manager of the West Chester location in 2013.
Rob’s passion for helping others is evident in the fact he was a real estate instructor for Hondros for many years. He has also led the “Exam Cram” class for the past 12 years, encouraging prospective real estate agents to pass state examinations.
Rob is looking forward to coaching Sibcy Cline agents and managers. He says, “I am a very positive person and love working with our agents, clients and managers. I am excited about this new position to share ideas and best practices! I know our company’s dynamics and cannot wait to help our agents and managers grow their business.”
Rob’s new position will replace that of Bob Mahoney, General Sales Manager, who retired from his current position and transitioned to sales on June 30, 2022. Rob says, “I cannot replace Bob. He has been an amazing manager throughout the decades and I have the upmost respect for his work. I do promise to work hard, be a good listener with great follow through and share good ideas.”
Jay Buten – New President of Sibcy Cline Mortgage Services
Jay became part of the Sibcy Cline team in June 2021 as Vice President. His background includes 30 years of mortgage and banking experience with Fifth Third Bank. Says Robin, “Jay has been an incredible addition to our leadership team. He has taken the lead to train and promote Sibcy Cline and its various buying and selling support options.” In his new role as President of Sibcy Cline Mortgage Services, he will guide the company’s loan officers to provide the best mortgage service and programs.
Says Jay, “I have spent virtually my entire career supporting talented professionals using modern techniques and traditional values. The mortgage industry is full of new programs and ways to help our clients buy and sell homes. I look forward to supporting and coaching to provide the possible best service.”
Jay is replacing Pat Kuether who is retiring on June 30, 2022. He says, “Pat has been the captain of the Sibcy Cline Mortgage ship for over 38 years. What a track record she has during that time! I am honored to follow in her footsteps!”
