Sibcy Cline Realtors is hosting a Super Open House Weekend on November 3 and 4, 2018. There will be some great homes for sale held open for public viewing. Look at homes for sale here.
The weather outlook is positive for Saturday and Sunday with little chance of rain. The Bengals are not playing a football game on Sunday – it’s their BYE week. It’s going to be a super time to look at some homes for sale and BUY one!
Cincinnati’s 14th Citirama site is located at the Woodland Meadows in Woodlawn. This home show will take place from September 23 – October 1, 2017. There are six single-family homes being featured in the show. This new subdivision has 43 home sites.
The new homes in the show are priced from $200,000 – $375,000. A 15-year property tax abatement is available to all home buyers. (Lots will have a special yearly assessment for 15 years at about $3,000 per lot.)

Tickets are $10.00 for adults. Discount tickets will be available at Kroger for $8.00 AAA Members can also purchase $8.00 tickets at the home show’s gate by showing their membership card.

Tickets are $10 at the door and can be purchased online for $8. Those with a AAA membership can show their card to purchase a discounted $8 ticket. $8 discounted tickets will also be for sale at Krogers.
Four builders have built new homes for this show. Homes are priced from $200,000 – $300,000.
There are 36 single-family home lots. Homeowners will enjoy a 20-year property tax abatement (that does not include an annual lot assessment fee of $1800 per year.)
Gershom Grove is close to the College Hill Business District which offers a variety of local retail shops and restaurants.
College Hill was the site for another Citirama in 2014 at Witherby Meadows. This community sold all of its lots and homes within a year of the homeshow.

Two Sibcy Cline managers have been named as president elect to the Northern Kentucky Association of Realtors:
Marcie Rottinghaus, Vice President/Sales Manager of Sibcy Cline Campbell County will be president elect of the Northern Kentucky MLS as part of the board of directors starting in January 2016. She has served on this board since 2014. Marcie is also a board member of the Northern Kentucky Association of Realtors.
John Vince, Vice President/Sales Manager of Sibcy Cline Fort Mitchell will be president elect of the Northern Kentucky Association of Realtors board. His term will begin in January 2016. John has previously served on this board for the past year.
John has also served on the MLS operations, Forms, Grievance, Communications and Professional Standards committees. He is a former four-year board member for the Northern Kentucky MLS serving one year as president and is currently serving on this board as well.
Congratulations to these two Sibcy Cline managers. Their commitment to the real estate profession is to be commended. They are dedicated leaders to the industry and are visibly involved in real estate issues and events.
The site for Citirama 2016 has been selected and College Hill will be the location. The subdivision is called Gershom Grove and is located north of North Bend Road near Collegevue Place. There are 36 lots available in the community. Homes are expected to be priced from $250,000 – $300,000.
