Pamela D. Sibcy, Vice President of Marketing for Sibcy Cline Realtors, was honored by Dress for Success Cincinnati as the 2017 Honorary Chair of their annual fashion show. This honor noted Pam’s commitment to Dress for Success where she has volunteered her services and served on their board.
Says Pam, “Dress for Success has been the first step to a better life for so many women. In helping them we in turn help their families and our community. It has been a privilege to be involved with this amazing organization.”

In 2008, the American Red Cross recognized Pam’s contributions and honored her with the William Cooper Procter award. In 2013, she was honored once again by this organization with the Clara Barton award for her leadership roles.
About Dress for Success Cincinnati
Dress for Success is non-profit organization established in 1999 whose focus is to “…empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and development tools to help them thrive in work and in life.”
The organization hosts an annual fundraising fashion show. In its 16th year, this year’s show featured the latest trends from Max Mara and Saks Fifth Avenue modeled by women who have benefitted from Dress for Success services. Blair Schroeder, President of Sibcy Cline Relocation Services, was honored as Lead Magazine’s Great Leaders Under 40 list in July 2017. This list celebrates the strongest leaders under 40 who have made an impactful contribution to the community.
About Blair Schroeder
Blair has headed up Sibcy Cline Relocation Services for the past three years overseeing its referral, corporate third-party and government lines of business. Prior to serving in this capacity for Sibcy Cline, Blair helped manage Corporate Communications for Duke Energy in Ohio and Kentucky as well as media spokesperson on legislative and regulatory issues. Additionally, he has also served as the VP of Public Affairs for the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, worked in Government Relations for Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, and handled media relations for Boone County.
A native of Texas, Blair and his family have lived in the Greater Cincinnati area for the past 15 years.
The Business Courier published its annual ranking of the top residential real estate companies and Sibcy Cline was placed at the top at number one for 2017. Rankings were based on 2016 sales volume. This is the 24th year in a row that Sibcy Cline has been recognized as the largest local real estate company!
