The certification was presented in recognition of excellence in website design and function.

Sibcy Cline’s website earned the certification after receiving high marks in a number of critical areas relating to website performance, including usability, design and content, interactivity, customer service and mobile responsiveness. The evaluation was conducted by Virtual Results, LLC, a real estate Internet and social marketing firm selected to review the websites of participating members of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.

“We created the WQC to raise the bar in online marketing and recognize the companies that are demonstrating best practices with their websites,” said Leading Real Estate Companies of the World President/CEO Pam O’Connor. “The companies that earned the WQC this year have not only mastered the technical components, but they have also shown superiority in providing highly local content, up-to-the-minute information on homes, and responsive customer service.”

Carrie McIntosh-Owens of Sibcy Cline Realtors is President of the Southern Ohio Association of Realtors for 2017

Carrie McIntosh-Owens, co-manager of the Sibcy Cline Northeast office is the 2017 president for the Southern Ohio Association of Realtors (SOAR). She is looking forward to her term for the upcoming year. Carrie says, “Realtors in the Southern Ohio Association support a wide range of clients in the agricultural, rural, and suburban areas of Cincinnati. The association also supports its realtor members by offering continuing education, fun events, and philanthropic activities that support the communities in which we live and work. I am honored to be this year’s president and will work hard to make 2017 the best year yet by laying a  strong foundation for years to come.”

Carrie has been an active member of SOAR throughout the years. She has served on the board of directors since 2007 as well as:

  • President – 2014
  • Past President – 2015
  • President – 2017

She has also served as Chairperson for RPAC in 2016, strategic planning committee, membership committee and the Elite Club committee. In 2014, Carrie was honored as Realtor of the Year for all of her past efforts with this organization.

Carrie also has state-wide responsibilities. She has been an Ohio Association of Realtors (OAR) director since 2013. She serves on the OAR professional development, communications and Young Professional Network committees.

Community Supporter
Carrie is a lifelong resident of Loveland, Ohio. She is a fast-pitch softball coach and has served on the board of directors of the Loveland Softball Association. She was also a Loveland Youth Football Cheerleading coach.



Marcie Rottinghaus of Sibcy Cline Realtors Named President for the Northern Kentucky MLS for 2017


Marcie Rottinghaus, Vice President and Sales Manager of Sibcy Cline Campbell County, has been named the 2017 president of the Northern Kentucky MLS. She has served on the board for the Northern Kentucky Association of Realtors since 2014.

Says Marcie, “It is an honor to lead the board for the Northern Kentucky MLS. We have gone through some large changes these past few months with the transfer from Rappattoni to the Paragon MLS system. The MLS is the source of data about listed properties and it is important we make solid decisions about how it is presented to the public. Representing and supporting our total membership by providing the best resources possible is our goal.

Anne Goss of Sibcy Cline Realtors is Named President Elect for the Ohio Women’s Council of Realtors and a Director for the Ohio Association of Realtors

Anne Goss, a Sales Vice President of Sibcy Cline Vandalia, has two appointments for 2017. She is serving as a Director for the Ohio Association of Realtors (OAR) with a three-year term commitment. Anne has also been named President Elect for the Ohio Women’s Council of Realtors.

As a Director, Anne will be responsible for staying up to date on changes in the Ohio law that affects the real estate industry. She will review, discuss and vote on legislation. This three-year term is an important commitment to insure the highest level of professionalism and ethics from the real estate industry.

In addition, Anne will be committing time as President Elect for the Ohio Women’s Council of Realtors. This group is tasked to develop its members’ leadership skills to be used professionally as well as with community leadership responsibilities.

Says Anne, “I really enjoy volunteering my time. I have met so many wonderful professionals and I find it rewarding to help make my profession even better. It is going to be a busy but production year!”

Anne is very active in the real estate industry. She has served on the Dayton Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors and served as president of this organization in 2013 and 2014. Anne served as treasurer for the Ohio Women’s Council of Realtors in 2015 and 2016. Cyndi Scarpelli of Sibcy Cline Realtors is Appointed a Director for the Ohio Association of Realtors

Cyndi Scarpelli, Vice President and Sales Manager of the Sibcy Cline Beavercreek office, has been appointed as a Director for the Ohio Association of Realtors (OAR). This three-year term will entail the review, discussion and voting on new Ohio real estate legislation.

Says Cyndi, “It is my honor to serve as a Director for the OAR and its membership. I take this position very seriously and will do my best to ensure our state’s real estate laws look out for the interests of not only our real estate agents but our clients.”

About Cyndi – Professional Organizations
Cyndi has been a Director for the Dayton Area Board of Realtors (DABR) since 2015 and will continue in that role throughout 2017. She has served on many committees for the DABR including: Professional Standards, Finance, Community Service Task Force, Grievance and Technology/Forms. Cyndi was a part of the first DABR Leadership program as well as helped to organize its Region Ambassador program and is now a Dayton  Region Ambassador. In 2013, the DABR honored Cyndi with the Manager of the Year honor in recognition of her work and dedication.

About Cyndi – Community Involvement
A Dayton resident since 1971, Cyndi has a strong sense of giving back to the community. Since 2006, she and a few close friends have sponsored an annual Valentine’s Dance to support various local charities including the Special Wish Foundation. She has been involved with the Community Service Task Force and participated in “Rebuilding Dayton Together”. She has worked in the soup kitchen at the Gospel Mission in downtown Dayton and has served on the Cancer Hope Ministry for her church.
