Citirama 2012 (hosted by the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati and City of Cincinnati) will be held at Virginia Place in Northside, Cincinnati.

The location is at the corner of Virginia and Chase Avenues and is within walking distance  to the Northside Business District. Homes will be priced from $200,000-$300,000.

The home show will take place from September 8-16, 2012.

Homes built in the show will qualify for the City of Cincinnati’s new home 10- to 15-year tax abatement.

Homearama in Dayton is Back for 2012!

Following a four-year gap, Homearama in Dayton is back on the schedule for 2012! The Home Builders Association of Dayton is going to host the home show at The Springs at the Villages of Winding Creek in Washington Township. The date for the show is yet to be determined. Homes built in this area are expected to range in price from $650,000 – $800,000.

The Springs is located off Social Row Road, east of State Route 48. The home site features wooded and walkout lots and is part of a master plan development with over 140 acres of green space.
