Sibcy Cline Makes it to the List of the Most Expensive Hamilton County Home Sales

The Business Courier published its annual list of the most-expensive Hamilton County home sales for the year. Sibcy Cline’s agents made this list of 23 high-end homes 24 times as either the buying or selling agent (or both).

The highest sold property was listed by and sold by Sibcy Cline. This $2.8 million home is located in Indian Hill. Other high-priced areas included Mariemont, Columbia Tusculum, Symmes Township and Hyde Park.

Sibcy Cline’s agents made the Business Courier list more than double that of any other real estate broker in the area.

Sibcy Cline’s high-end properties receive promotion not only on the company’s web site, but are also marketed on Luxury Portfolio International, broadening their exposure to potential buyers globally. Luxury Portfolio International is a property network of 200 affiliate companies from 27 countries that promote their 25,000 high-end properties valued at $43 billion annually.

Sibcy Cline’s $750,000+ listings (that meet qualifications) appear on the Luxury Portfolio International web site. The typical viewer to this site has a household income of $1,321,000 and a primary home mean value of $3,800,000.
