Cincinnati home sales remained very strong in December with a 6.02% increase as compared to home sales in December 2015. Overall for 2016, homes sales increased 7.46% for the year.
In 2016 home sales (with 26,114 units sold) almost matched the record-breaking year of 2005 when sales peaked at 26,553 units. Throughout 2016, nine out of 12 months had record-high average prices of homes.
