It's Homearama Time!

Homearama 2011 in Foxborough

Summer is almost here and a huge tradition for June is back on track with Homearama. This year’s home show is located in Foxborough in West Chester Township.

The show runs from June 11-26, 2011 and features five newly built homes priced from $672,000 to $1,000,000+.  Three homes have already sold leaving two available for purchase.

Have you ever considered building a new home? As a REALTOR®, we offer valuable guidance on this multi-faceted type of purchase.

Many people do not realize how a cooperative effort between a new home buyer, the REALTOR® and the builder benefits everyone involved in the construction process.  By working with a REALTOR®, you have a central resource about dozens of new home communities and access to information about those new homes and their builders.

There is a common misconception that be eliminating a REALTOR® from the transaction that a buyer can save the equivalent of that agent’s commission on a new home. In fact, many of our area builders value the well-qualified buyers brought to them by REALTORS® so much so that sales agent commissions are considered part of the builder’s promotional budget rather than a negotiable component of a home’s purchase price. The bottom line is that buyers probably will not receive any discount on the purchase of a new home by not working with an agent.

Even more important, new home buyers with agent representation will have an experienced real estate professional representing them and negotiating on their behalf. These professional services save buyers time, supplying them with more complete market information and allow them to find new homes at the best price with less hassle.

From understanding complicated issues to conducting negotiations, having a trained real estate professional on your side can make all the difference in owning a newly built home.

We hope you attend Homearama this year and see the show! Sibcy Cline Realtors also represents many fine builders throughout the area at many price points and home styles.
