Sibcy Cline has been honored once again with a special award. The Dayton Daily News published its first list of  Top Places To Work and our company earned first place for a mid-sized company. This honor recognizes… “…area companies that offer the opportunities, management, vision, pay and benefits that make living and working in the Miami Valley a joy.”

Our Dayton agents and employees were surveyed by Workplace Dynamics in fall 2011 with their thoughts about working at Sibcy Cline. The results of those surveys were weighed against other like-sized companies, such as Edward Jones Investments, Security National Bank and South Community Inc.

Sibcy Cline received special mention in receiving very high accolades for the “direction” that the company is taking. One  Sibcy Cline professional was quoted saying, “The people I work with are great, always willing to help, and Sibcy Cline provides all the tools necessary to succeed.”
