Cincinnati

Sales increased in May by .7% as compared to May 2018.

  • 5.39% Increase in average sale price ($230,885 vs $219,069)
  • 5.57% Increase in median sale price ($189,975 vs $179,950)
  • 6.12% Increase in gross sales volume ($609,074,438 vs $573,961,936)

January–May 2019 vs January–May 2018

  • -.78% Decrease in homes sold (9,715 homes vs 9,791 homes)
  • 4.63% Increase in average sale price ($217,293 vs $207,670)
  • 5.92% Increase in median sale price ($178,999 vs $169,000)
  • 3.82% Increase in gross sales volume ($2,110,998,269 vs $2,033,297,402)

In Dayton, home sales increased by almost eight percent.

Home sales increased by almost six percent in May. Average and median home prices also increased!
