Home sales in Southeastern Indiana increased by 9.5 percent for November 2013. Reports, Rick McMillan, Vice President/Sales Manager of the Sibcy Cline Harrison office, “Sibcy Cline continues to enjoy a median sale price advantage over the entire Southeastern Indiana Board of Realtors through the first eleven months of 2013. The difference is $63,050!”

November 2013 vs November 2012:

  • 9.5% Increase in Sales Units
  • 4.9% Increase in Gross Sales Volume
  • $134,570 – Average Home Sale Price increased 3.2% (vs $130,454)
  • $113,450 – Median home Sale Price decreased 8.5% (vs $124,000)

Year To Date: January – November 2013 vs January – November 2012

  • 10.9% Increase in Sales Units
  • 10.2% Increase in Gross Sales Volume
  • .007% Decrease in Median Sale Price – $122,950 vs $120,000
  • .683% Decrease in Average Sale Price – $128,197 vs $129,078
