Year-To-Date Southeastern Indiana Home Sales Increased 13 Percent

Home sales from January through August 2013 have increased by 13.3% in Southeastern Indiana with 692 units sold. Total gross sales for the first eight months have also increased by 12.9% as compared to January through August 2012.

  • $129,550 Average sale price – 2.1% decrease (vs $132,380 in 2012)
  • $133,950 Median sale price – 8% increase (vs $124,000 in 2012)
  • 7% decrease in unit volume sold
  • 8.9% decrease in total gross sales
