Come and See WP Land Company at Cincinnati’s Homearama 2019 at Kensington in Deerfield Township

 

Homearama_Benjamin_WPLandIt’s Homearama time! This year’s home show is located in Kensington in Deerfield Township. Tim Mahoney II and Chris Dohrmann of Sibcy Cline are pleased to be working with WP Land Company with their first Homearama home called the “Benjamin”. This urban-style farm home features a herringbone-brick porch as well as large, open interior spaces.

The home’s garage will feature a special photo opportunity during Homearama. Take a picture with the “angel wings”, post the photo on social media use the hashtag #domspreadyourwings and tag WP Land and Ronald MacDonald House in your post – and WP Land will make a donation to the Greater Cincinnati Ronald McDonald House.

WP Land also has a market home currently available in Kensington with an open concept, first-floor master suite, high-end kitchen appliances, second-floor bonus room and plenty of luxury touches throughout the home.

Cincinnati’s Homearama home show is located at Kensington in Deerfield Township and will be held from June 8–23, 2019. Eight local builders will be presenting 10 homes to the public. Homes are priced from $800,000 to over $1.5 million.

The community has a pool, cabana, fireplace, outdoor yard games (including large-style chess pieces), as well as 23 acres of landscaped gardens and green spaces with wailing trails. The convenient location is near area shopping and restaurants.

Tickets are $19 at the gate. Discount tickets are available at Kroger for $17.
Children 12 and under are admitted for free when accompanied by an adult.
No strollers, wagons or backpacks with metal frames permitted in the homes.
Comfortable shoes are encouraged. Parking is located on a grass field with gravel lanes. (It will be muddy.)

Dayton Homearama 2012 Is On!

For the first time since 2008, the Home Builders Association of Dayton will host its Homearama home show in September 2012.

The show will be located in Oakwood (for the first time) at Sugar Camp-Pointe Oakwood on Far Hills Avenue.

This 20-acre development is selling lots for $100,000 to $145,000. Homes will range in size from 2,000 – 4,000 square feet.

Five show homes are currently under construction.

Homearama in Dayton is Back for 2012!

Following a four-year gap, Homearama in Dayton is back on the schedule for 2012! The Home Builders Association of Dayton is going to host the home show at The Springs at the Villages of Winding Creek in Washington Township. The date for the show is yet to be determined. Homes built in this area are expected to range in price from $650,000 – $800,000.

The Springs is located off Social Row Road, east of State Route 48. The home site features wooded and walkout lots and is part of a master plan development with over 140 acres of green space.

Two Homeshows To See This Weekend!

There are two homeshows running this week in Cincinnati.

Greenarama 2011

Greenarama (the first ever!) runs June 17 -19 and June 24-26, 2011. The homeshow is located in Columbia Tusculum featuring “green” new homes. Each home is eligible for a 15-year, $500,000 tax abatement. Homes will have green building products and Energy Star appliances. (All homes are pursuing LEED ceritifcation by the US Green Building Council.) Sibcy Cline Realtors is a sponsor of this homeshow and is representing three of the builders: Mann Daly Homes by Osterfield Construction, AndrewJames Builders and Somerset Custom Homes.

Homearama 2011 runs through June 26, 2011. This homeshow features five area home builders who have constructed their homes in Foxborough located in West Chester Township. Three homes have already sold, leaving two available for purchase. Read more about the homes in Homearama here.
