Dayton Home Sales Soar with a 17 Percent Increase in September

Dayton, Ohio home sales soared in September with a 17 percent increase in homes sold as compared to September 2014. Here are the statistics:

September 2015 vs September 2014

16.80% Increase in home sales (1,349 homes vs 1,115 homes)
20.99% Increase in sales volume
5.13% Increase in median sales price ($123,000 vs $117,000)
3.59% Increase in average sale price ($140,924 vs $136,044)

January – September 2015 vs January – September 2014

12.52% Increase in home sales (11,155 homes vs 9,914 homes)
19.17% Increase in sales volume
4.35% Increase in median sales price ($120,000 vs $115,000)
5.91% Increase in average sale price ($141,652 vs $133,745)
