Construction Begins for 2770 Observatory Project


A new lifestyle development project called 2770 Observatory has been announced. The site will be the new home to a large, luxury condominium complex located at Observatory and Shaw avenues in Hyde Park.

The project is a partnership with Sibcy Cline Realtors, Griewe Development and North American Properties. This group has worked on other lifestyle condominiums including Jordan Park, Emery Park and Nolen Park in Mariemont.

Buildings currently located on the site are being removed. Construction is set to begin in January 2014 for 2770 Observatory.

An interesting article about the housing market appeared in the Enquirer on May 22, 2011 detailing the increases or decreases in median home prices for Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky .

Rob Sibcy, president of Sibcy Cline Realtors®, was quoted in this analysis piece: “Sibcy says he believes 2011 overall will show improvement over 2010 – in spite of an artificial boost in prices and sales helped by the tax credits last year. ‘Slowly, we are coming out of this,’ he says. ‘2012 and 2013 will be much better.'”
