The highly-anticipated Liberty Center in Liberty Township is steadily moving towards its grand opening scheduled for October 8th.

Phase One of the $350 million mixed-use, town center development will feature high-end apartments, the AC Hotel by Marriott, major department stores, a wide variety of restaurants, an elevated park area with trees and state-of-the-art dinner-and-movie theater (CineBistro).

It’s Homearama Time in Cincinnati!

Put your comfortable shoes on and get ready to head out to Carriage Hill in Liberty Township to tour nine newly built, fabulous homes featured in this year’s Homearama.

For the second year in a row, Homearama will be held in beautiful Carriage Hill. For almost 30 years, the Terry family has owned this private estate that they have now converted into a 400-acre residential community.

Carriage Hill offers lakes, ponds, trees, trails, a club house and pool. It is a breathtaking community.

Friday and Saturday: 12pm – 10pm

$14 per ticket at the gate or purchase a $12 ticket at area Kroger.
AAA members can show their membership card at the gate for a $12 entrance fee.

Parking is free. No child backpacks are permitted in the show homes.

Homearama 2013 at Carriage Hill in Liberty Township

The 51st Homearama in Greater Cincinnnati will be located in Carriage Hill in Liberty Township. The home show will take places from July 13-28, 2013, and homes will be priced from $700,000 – $1,200,000 on half-acre homesites. Eight builders have committed to building a home for this show, and two homes have already been sold. Ground was broken in October 2012 and construction has begun.

Carriage Hill is a stunning 400-acre location with breathtaking vistas of lakes, streams and woodlands. It is located is less than one mile from the Butler Regional Highway off SR747. It is convenient to nearby shopping, restaurants and recreation.

Carriage Hill is the private estate of the Terry Family for almost three decades. The Terrys have focused on maintaining the natural beauty of their property while developing long- term master plans for residential communities (with various price points from estate and executive homes to premier patio homes or attached villas). Carriage Hill Club House…

This historic 1882 Carriage House is a rustic barn built from pine with 5,000 square feet. Its granite cobblestone flooring leads up to a huge fireplace. It was originally designed to store barley for the Windisch-Mulhauser Brewing Company in Cincinnati. The building was relocated to Carriage Hill in 2000 as carriage museum for the Terry family.
