Home sales were strong in March 2015 for Dayton, Ohio. Sales rose 11.31% for the number of homes sold as compared to sales in March 2014 – and were the highest for so far this year. Here are the statistics:

• 11.31% Increase in home sales units (2,062 v 2,050)
• 26.67% Increase in sales volume
• 19.79% Increase in median sales price ($115,000 vs $96,000)
• 13.79% Increase in average sales price ($134,658 vs $118,334)

January – March 2015 vs January – March 2014

• 1.37% Increase in home sales units (2,507 v 2,473)
• 13.86% Increase in sales volume
• 19.87% Increase in median sales price ($108,000 vs $90,100)
• 12.28% Increase in average sales price ($127,491 vs $113,544)
