March 2019 Home Sales Report for Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio; Northern Kentucky; and Southeastern Indiana

March home sales were still strong even though they did not surpass 2018 sales. Mortgage interest rates remain low. With home values still on the rise and a low inventory of homes for sale, it is a great time to sell your home. Cincinnati
Sales were down by 5% as compare to March 2018. The average home priced dipped for the first time in 32 consecutive months by only .88%. Overall, year-to-date, home sales are holding steady and with an increase in average sale price increasing by almost 5%.

Dayton
In Dayton, the average sale price increase by 7%. Year-to-date, the average sale price has increased by 4.%.

Northern Kentucky
The average sales price rose year-to-date by almost 4% as compared to 2018.

The Southeastern Indiana region had increases in average sale price (9.4%) and median sale price (23.0%) as compared to March 2018.
