  • -1.7% Decrease in homes sold (2,155 homes)
  • 11.6% Increase in median sale price ($240,000)
  • 10.3% Increase in sales volume ($609,289,746)
  • -71.7% Decrease in active homes for sale (2,155 units)
  • 3.1% Increase in new listings (2,135 units)

January–November 2021 vs January–November 2020

  • 3.4% Increase in homes sold (25,257 homes vs 24,429 homes)
  • 14.1% Increase in median sale price ($235,000 vs $206,000)
  • 17.0% Increase in sales volume ($7,111,569,923 vs $6,034,274,619)
