September Local Home Sales Report

September home sales report 2021 Sibcy Cline Realtors

Throughout September in the Cincinnati region, home sales reached a record for sold sales volume during any September at $668.95 million. (June and August 2021 are the two highest sales volume months on record.) In Dayton, the sales volume increased and prices continued to increase. In Northern Kentucky the sales volume increased and average home prices were still rising.

Mortgage rates remain low. Home values are still high. With a low inventory of homes for sales, it’s a great time to list your home to sale and then purchase that dream home.
