Groundbreaking for the One Highland multi-use building took place on February 4, 2020 in Fort Thomas at the corner of Highland and Fort Thomas avenues. The building will include luxury condominiums (second and third levels of the building with18 units) as well as commercial/retail space located on the ground floor with large storefront windows.
