College Hill in Cincinnati, Ohio will be the site of Citirama 2016 at Gershom Grove. The home show will take place on September 10-18, 2016.

This home show’s schedule is:

• Monday – Thursday: 4pm – 9pm
• Friday -Sunday: 12pm – 9pm

Tickets are $10 at the door and can be purchased online for $8. Those with a AAA membership can show their card to purchase a discounted $8 ticket. $8 discounted tickets will also be for sale at Krogers.

Four builders have built new homes for this show. Homes are priced from $200,000 – $300,000.

There are 36 single-family home lots. Homeowners will enjoy a 20-year property tax abatement (that does not include an annual lot assessment fee of $1800 per year.)

Gershom Grove is close to the College Hill Business District which offers a variety of local retail shops and restaurants.

College Hill was the site for another Citirama in 2014 at Witherby Meadows. This community sold all of its lots and homes within a year of the homeshow.
