Year-To-Date Home Sales Rose in Northern Kentucky

Year to date, home sales rose .14% in Northern Kentucky. Here are the statistics:

January – May 2015 vs January – May 2014

  • .14% Increase in units sold (2,223 vs 2,220 homes)
  • 4.73% Increase in average sold price ($156,631 vs $149,557)
  • 5.81% Increase in median sold price ($136,500 vs $129,000)
  • Average days on market: 80 days (vs 84 days in 2014)

May 2015 vs May 2014

  • -.71% Decrease in units sold (562 vs 566 homes)
  • 3.88% Increase in average sold price ($168,016 vs $161,745)
  • .73% Increase in median sold price ($144,000 vs $149,950)
  • Average days on market: 72 days (vs 80 days in May 2014)
